Compassionate Communication Online

Embark on a 2.5-day transformative engaging and experiential online program designed to elevate your personal and professional communication skills. Enhance your ability to build trust and develop authentic and connecting relationships with intimate partners, children, colleagues, employees, and employers. This hybrid program seamlessly integrates the principles of Nonviolent Communication NVC, and Mediation, enriched by Toni’s extensive experience in facilitating NVC, Somatic Therapy, mediation, and Couples therapy.

 

A Mindful Body Approach to Compassionate Communication Dunedin - In Person

This unique hybrid program will share the life changing and radical self responsible skills, tools and principles of Nonviolent Communication  with the deeply grounding and insightful process of mindful body awareness and acceptance.

The program learning style is highly experiential and practice based.

Join Therapist, Ecotherapist, and Wilderness Guide, Dave Talamo from Wilderness Reflections, Oregon, in this one-time unique Wilderness Guide Trainng program.

Blending the ancient ceremony of the wilderness quest with contemporary advances in ecopsychology and mindfulness-based therapy, this one-of-a-kind training is an opportunity to bring Nature into your counseling, coaching or healing work.  With a curriculum informed by the ceremony of the wilderness quest, ecopsychology, Hakomi®, Somatic Experiencing® and other therapies, we’ll teach you an array of practices applicable to urban or wilderness settings.  Over the course of our time together we’ll form a peer community that will nurture and support your personal growth and professional progress in the field of somatic ecopsychology.
